Who We House

We provide housing and accommodation solutions for individuals and families who have approached a local authority for help with homelessness. All referrals come directly from local authority housing teams or partner agencies.

What You Can Expect

  • A clean, safe and fully checked property before you move in.
  • A clear licence or tenancy agreement outlining your rights and responsibilities.
  • Support to understand house rules, rent payments and reporting repairs.
  • Respectful communication from our team at all times.

Your Responsibilities

We ask all tenants to:

  • Pay any charges agreed with your local authority on time.
  • Look after the property and report repairs promptly.
  • Be considerate of neighbours and other residents.
  • Work with your housing officer on your longer-term housing plan.

Reporting Repairs

If something breaks or you are worried about the safety of your home, please contact us straight away so we can put it right.

If Your Situation Changes

If your circumstances change – for example, if someone moves in or out of your household, or you are away from the property for a period of time – please let both your local authority and our team know as soon as possible.
